When I’m not guiding a protocol or helping others reconnect through yoga, meditation, and sound healing, I’m out practicing what I preach and protecting my own spaces for joy. Most days, that looks like recharging in nature where I feel most grounded, taking long walks with my sweet Greyhound, Abbott, or staying active at the gym.
I have a deep love for traveling, dancing to live music around Dallas, and exploring our local food and cultural arts scene.
I am also endlessly curious about human potential.
I spend much of my free time researching advanced wellness topics, learning new healing modalities, and continuing my own personal journey of growth and self-discovery.
