Sound Bath
Gentle sequences, yoga postures, breathwork, and guided relaxation. This class will help open up the body, correct posture, ease everyday work stress, and mitigate body aches and pains. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
Become immersed in the healing sound vibrations of traditional Chinese chau gong, crystal singing bowls, and ocean drum. This class helps achieve feelings of mental calm, physical relaxation, loosening of muscle tension, pain relief, and better mood.
Chair Yoga
Meditation
This seated yoga practice is accessible to all. We move through yoga postures, breathwork, and guided relaxation, all seated in a chair—perfect for employees who spend long hours at a computer desk. No mat or exercise attire necessary.
Sit back and unwind as you are guided through mental imagery to induce a state of profound relaxation. This class helps to calm and quiet the mind, to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally stable state.
Restorative Yoga
This restful practice involves passive, reclined postures that open up the body and help to heal the effects of chronic stress while you relax and sink into each pose. The result is a rejuvenating, healing effect that calms the nervous system and leaves the body completely renewed.
