These wellness classes are specialized for decreasing burnout, stress & anxiety, as well as specialty ergonomic corrective exercise.

​All classes are offered on-site or virtually.

We can provide yoga mats if needed.

Class Descriptions:
 

Gentle Yoga
We will move through gentle sequences, yoga postures, breathwork, and guided relaxation.  This class will help open up the body, correct posture, ease everyday work stress, and mitigate body aches and pains.  No prior yoga experience is necessary.  

 

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a seated yoga practice accessible to all.  We will move through yoga postures, breathwork, and guided relaxation all seated in a chair.  This practice is great for employees who spend long hours at a computer desk.  No mat or exercise attire necessary.

Sound Bath
You will be immersed in the healing sound vibrations of traditional Chinese chau gong, crystal singing bowls, and ocean drum.  This class helps to achieve feelings of mental calm, physical relaxation, loosening of muscle tension, pain relief, and better mood.  


Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a restful practice involving passive, reclined postures supported by pillows, blankets, bolsters, and blocks.  This no movement, no effort yoga opens up the body and helps to heal the effects of chronic stress while you relax and sink into each pose.  It is intended to have a rejuvenating and healing effect, leaving the body completely renewed, while calming the nervous system. 

 

Meditation
Sit back and unwind as you are guided through mental imagery to induce a state of profound relaxation. This class helps to calm and quiet the mind, to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally stable state.
