Hannah’s Healing House

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using our website (www.hannahshealinghouse.com) or any services offered by Hannah’s Healing House (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including in-person and online classes, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered We offer yoga, healing, and wellness classes both in-person and online. Additional services may include private sessions, workshops, and events. Availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Registration and Payments By registering for any class or service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payment must be received before services are rendered. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations at our discretion.

4. Cancellation and Refund PolicyCancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled class or appointment may be eligible for rescheduling or credit. No refunds will be issued for missed classes or late cancellations.

5. Health and Safety DisclaimerParticipation in yoga and wellness activities carries inherent risks. By participating, you confirm that you are physically capable and have consulted with a healthcare provider if necessary. Hannah’s Healing House is not liable for any injuries sustained during participation.

6. Intellectual PropertyAll content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and videos, is the property of Hannah’s Healing House and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Hannah’s Healing House shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our services.

8. SMS/Text Messaging (A2P Compliance)By providing your mobile number and opting into SMS communications, you agree to receive automated and manual text messages related to appointments, service updates, promotions, and reminders. Standard message and data rates may apply.
